"We spent two weeks at Casa Luna and it was the trip of a lifetime. The property itself is stunning — that pool with the valley stretching out below you is something you never forget — but what really made it was the location. We did Cortona, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, and still had days left to just sit by the pool and do nothing. The kitchen is genuinely excellent, the bedrooms comfortable and beautiful, and the kids absolutely loved it. Worth every penny and then some. We will be back."

"Four of us came for ten nights and it was genuinely one of the best holidays any of us had ever had. September is absolutely the right time to visit — the heat is perfect, the crowds are gone, and the light on those Umbrian hills in the evenings is something else entirely. The property is immaculate, incredibly well equipped, and the pool is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. We played golf at Antognolla on two separate days — that course with the castle looking down at you is extraordinary. Do not miss it. Casa Luna is very special."

"We flew from Sydney specifically for this part of Italy after reading about the Niccone Valley, and Casa Luna more than delivered on every expectation. The stone farmhouse is beautiful — those original timber beams and terracotta floors give it a warmth and character that modern places simply cannot replicate. The infinity pool with the Umbrian hills stretching to the horizon is extraordinary. We visited Assisi twice, did a truffle hunting morning which the whole family loved, and spent half our time simply not going anywhere at all. Highly, highly recommended."

La piscina con vista sulla vallata è semplicemente perfetta in ottobre, quando la luce si fa dorata e il paesaggio inizia a colorarsi d'autunno. "We came to Umbria having done Tuscany many times and wanted something less well-trodden, and Casa Luna in the Niccone Valley was absolutely the right choice. The valley in May is spectacular — wildflowers everywhere, perfect temperatures, and a quiet that is genuinely hard to find in Italy these days. The guesthouse itself is beautiful: original character with every modern comfort. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. We did Cortona, Perugia, and a wonderful day in Gubbio — all easily manageable as day trips. A perfect base for a perfect holiday."
