Casa Luna occupies two gracious floors of a beautifully restored 19th-century stone farmhouse — the striking building you see rising behind the infinity pool, framed by the rolling hills of the Niccone Valley.
The guesthouse was fully refurbished in 2023 with a deep respect for the original architecture. Original exposed timber beams span the vaulted ceilings. Traditional terracotta floors run throughout. Thick stone walls keep rooms naturally cool in summer and warm in winter.
What the renovation added is a chef-quality kitchen, spa-inspired bathrooms with rainfall showers, central air conditioning throughout, and furnishings that are both beautiful and genuinely comfortable.
